In case of disputes between attorneys and their clients, an application may be made for out-of-court dispute resolution at the competent regional chamber of lawyers (Sec. 73 II No. 3 in conjunction with Sec. 73 V Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO)) or at the conciliation body of the legal profession at the Federal German Lawyers Association (Sec. 191f Federal Lawyers’ Act (BRAO)).
